HERNDON, Va. -- Federal and airport officials arrested a Maryland man at Dulles International Airport for allegedly hiding marijuana and hashish in tea bags.
Jeffrey Cannon, 20, arrived Wednesday afternoon at Dulles on a flight from Dublin, Ireland, authorities said.
While customs officials were confirming his identity, officers discovered a smoking pipe, absinthe and four tea bags containing marijuana and hashish. Officers released Cannon later Wednesday night.
He is also facing a DUI charge in New York City.
