Britney Preps For European Performances, Lobbies For Letterman

Britney Spears is preparing for her trip across the Atlantic where she will perform on the French show “Star Academy” and Simon Cowell’s U.K. talent show, “X Factor.” And today the pop star has posted new photos of herself on her own Web site hard at work at a recent dance rehearsal. Brit doesn’t have her sights set only on Europe though – she’s also hoping for an appearance on David Letterman.

“We are counting down the days until Britney heads out for her European performances, and it looks like our girl is kicking it into high gear in these exclusive photos as the first appearances approach. Britney looks like she is having a blast!” Traci of Team Britney at BritneySpears.com wrote. “I love all of the cute poses she is doing in these pics.”

Wearing loose black pants and a white hoodie dotted with little sheep, Britney is seen in a variety of shots practicing dance moves with other dancers, which Team Brit affectionately refers to as “her new crew.”

Brit’s Web site also has the third promo of her upcoming MTV documentary “For The Record,” which debuts on November 30, along with a parody video of her “Womanizer” video by YouTuber VenetianPrincess, which team Brit called, “awesome.”

Brit’s site is also lobbying for the pop star to make her late night comeback appearance on the “Late Show with David Letterman.” Brit’s site is promoting Celebuzz.com’s poll asking which late night talk show the 26-year-old should visit first.

At press time, Letterman had 78% of the vote, with Leno in a distant second place and Conan and Craig almost tied for third and fourth place, respectively.

The pop star has yet to announce which, if any, late night talk shows she’ll visit.
