Tenants have been announced for the new sprawling Capitol Riverfront Development, The Yards, which is just around the corner from Nationals Park.
Dogfish Head, a Delaware-based brewery and a live jazz club (no official name yet) are planning to lease space in the new development.
The Boiler Maker Shops, a soon-to-be converted nautical manufacturing facility, will boast 45,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. The project is expected to be complete in 2010.
