The Washington Capitals are just one victory away from bringing home the Stanley Cup.

Although they're playing their pivotal Game 5 in Las Vegas on Thursday night, tickets for a viewing party at Capital One Arena here in D.C. are also a hot commodity. The arena is also hosting a free Washington Mystics game Thursday ahead of the Caps viewing party.

Tickets were available for free -- but they were snapped up quickly once they were made available early Wednesday afternoon.

"Oh-no! These tickets went fast and we're unable to find more right now," read a message on the Ticketmaster page at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Here's what to know if you scored a ticket:

A ticket doesn't guarantee entry, so be sure to get there early. Seating is general admission (first come, first served).

Doors will open at 3 p.m. Thursday via the F Street and Gallery Place entrances. The first 15,000 fans will receive a Capitals rally towel.

The team store will be open and will have Stanley Cup Final merchandise available. All concessions will also be open.

Mascot Slapshot, Red Rockers and "additional Caps personalities" will also be there, organizers said.

The Mystics game against the Minnesota Lynx is set to begin at 4 p.m. Mystics game attendees will be permitted to remain in their seats for the Caps watch party.

Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Final is set to begin at 8 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time.

If you can't get inside the arena, Game 5 will also be broadcast outside the arena at G and 8th streets NW. Tickets are not required for the outdoor viewing.

Those who previously bought tickets for the Mystics game will be automatically refunded. Monumental Sports & Entertainment advises anyone who bought a ticket secondhand to contact the seller.
