Adam Carriker Loses Bet With Wrestler Goldberg, Dresses Up Like Wrestler Goldberg

These are the kinds of stories that warm my heart.

So Washington Redskins defensive end Adam Carriker, an avid professional wrestling fan, hosts a show entitled "4th And Pain" where he discusses the goings on between the ropes. Last week, Carriker, who is currently on injured reserve for the rest of the season with a quad injury, had on Bill Goldberg, a former WCW and WWE Champion.

Goldberg and Carriker made a bet over the outcome of the game between the Redskins and Atlanta Falcons. If the Redskins won, Goldberg -- who played for the Falcons in the early 1990s -- would have to wear 'Skins gear and post the picture on Twitter, but if the Falcons won, Carriker had to pose in Goldberg's wrestling trunks and post the picture.

By now you know that Atlanta defeated Washington 24-17 Sunday, and since Carriker is a man of his word, we got this:

My question is why anybody would bet against Goldberg, a man who once won 173 matches in a row. Yes, I know it's scripted. I'm not dumb...(awkwardly looks away from your judging eyes).

"I always honor my bets," Carriker tweeted Thursday.

What an honorable guy No. 94 is. I guess you could say he's a Carriker guy.
