Although "Transformers 3" may have almost been defeated by the National Park Service, filming is still planned for D.C. later this summer.

Dates and details not yet finalized, but according to the D.C. Film website, people interested in working as extras can submit an e-mail application.

Good thing there's that pesky unemployment keeping plenty of people free during the day... right?

If you're interested, you need to submit your info to movie@taylorroyall.com. You'll need to send facts ranging from the ordinary (name, phone number), the slightly personal (shirt and pant size) and the frankly hilarious ("Have you done precision driving?").

You'll also need to send a picture of yourself. Maybe you'll be judged worthy to be within several hundred feet of Shia LaBeouf. Good luck, folks!
