Michaele Salahi's Latest Gig: Bikini Contest Judge

Judging bikini contests: It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it.

In this case, that somebody is "alleged" White House crasher Michaele Salahi, who's been named main judge for a bikini contest at the first annual Stars & Stripes & Spokes motorcycle rally and music fest at RFK Stadium this Memorial Day weekend.

"I am very excited to be a part of this event for many reasons; however, the main reasons are that the Walter Reed Society is the charitable benefactor and my father was a US Army war hero," Salahi said in a press release that also refers to her new song as a "hit."

"My father is buried in Arlington cemetery and I know he would be proud of my involvement in this event," she went on to say in the release.

Well, bikini contests are pretty important, after all.

And don't let your fear of wayward reality TV stars keep you home. Stars & Stripes & Spokes also includes live music (rock, R&B, blues and country), food vendors, a stunt show and a police motorcycle rodeo.

To kick off the festivities, 50+ VIPs (including NBC Washington's Jim Vance, The Edge 105.9's Mike O'Meara, members of the military and representatives from Congress) will ride their bikes from the Southwest Safeway (1100 4th St. S.W.) to stadium grounds.

Fest hours are 9 a.m.-9 p.m. Friday-Sunday and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday. Admission is free.
