Arkansas authorities held a news conference to discuss the killing of real estate agent Beverly Carter. Her body was discovered in a shallow grave in Carbot, Arkansas,Tuesday and her accused captor charged, NBC News reported. Carter, 49, vanished Thursday from a home she was showing near Little Rock. Arron Lewis, 33, pleaded not guilty to kidnapping, murder and firearms charges. Police earlier said he admitted to kidnapping Carter. But Lewis told reporters after he was questioned by investigators that he did not kill her, and instead implicated a second "co-defendant" named Trevor. He said he targeted her because she "was just a woman that worked alone, a rich broker."
