Montgomery County police are investigating a worker’s death at a residential construction site in Silver Spring, Md.
Before 10:30 a.m., a man working in the garage level of a row of town houses under construction on the site of the old Indian Springs Country Club slipped on a small patch of ice, fell and struck his head.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The man, a carpenter, was at the site with a relative this holiday to make up for time lost earlier this week due to the weather.
Though there is no sign of foul play, investigators are holding the scene and there will be an autopsy, News4's Derrick Ward reported.
