A Virginia man was charged with aggressive driving after allegedly hitting a man in the face during a road rage incident.

Yoon Suk Yi was driving east on I-66 near Vienna when he cut off another driver, who honked his horn. The 37-year-old Yi then stopped his Mercedes, walked back to the other man's car and struck him in the face.
