Man With Autism Missing Since Tuesday; May Have Traveled to New York

Rockville police investigators are asking for the public's help locating a missing man.

Tian You Jiang, 27, was last seen near the 400 block of North Horners Lane around 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

Jiang has autism, and has the mental capacity of an 11- or 12-year-old, family members told police. He left a note indicating he may have been traveling to New York.

Family members believe he may have used the Eastern Bus Service, which picks up passengers daily at 7 a.m. at the Great Wall Supermarket, at 305 North Washington St. in Rockville.

He is believed to have money and identification with him.

Jiang is approximately 5'7" and 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
