If you take Metro to visit Mom, you may need to get a head start Sunday.

Beginning at 9:30 p.m. Friday, Red Line trains will share one track between the Grosvenor and Twinbrook stations and between New York Avenue and Rhode Island Avenue.

On the Orange Line, every other train heading toward Vienna will end at the Ballston Station.

On the Blue Line, every other train heading to Franconia-Springfield will end at the Van Dorn Station.

Everything will be back to normal for your commute Monday morning.
