Teen Boxer Wins Pro Fight

Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 A teenage boxer from Prince George's County and his family are celebrating tonight, after he won his second professional fight.

Earlier this week on News4 we introduced you to 17-year-old Dusty Harrison. This weekend Dusty won his second pro fight at a casino in Mississippi.

Dusty grew up in Southeast D.C., and now trains at a gym in Fort Washington. He is a rising senior in high school and fights in the welterweight class.

The opponent Dusty beat was a 27-year-old who had 17 previous pro wins.

Dusty won the match in a 4-round shutout.

His next fight is scheduled for mid-August.

Part of Dusty's winnings from this weekend's matchup will be donated to breast cancer research.
