A 23-year-old man was shot four times early Saturday outside a Taco Bell restaurant in Falls Church, Va.
Police responded to the 900 block of West Broad Street at 4:30 a.m. and found Carlos Gonzalez of Arlington, Va. in the parking lot of the restaurant, suffering from four gunshot wounds to the torso.
He was taken to the hospital for surgery and is in stable condition. His car was found at the scene.
