Police are asking for anyone to come forward who witnessed a 45-year-old man allegedly expose himself to a 6-year-old girl.
The incident reportedly happened Thursday near the Seven Corners Shopping Center at about 2 p.m.
Police said Jose Ricardo Rivera fled after he flashed the little girl, who was waiting for a bus with her mom. But officers were able to catch Rivera nearby and charged him with taking indecent liberties with a child. He was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
