A man was robbed at gunpoint last week after delivering pizza to a home in Springfield, Va.

According to police, crews responded to the 8300 block of Windfall Road around 9:30 p.m. Friday for a robbery. The victim told police he was walking back to his car after making the delivery, when he was approached by a man with a handgun, demanding money. Police deployed a helicopter and a K-9 team to the area.

The victim was not injured and the suspect fled toward Great Lake Lane. He is described as a black man in his mid-20s, standing 6'0" tall and weighing 160 pounds. At the time, he was wearing a blue, hooded sweatshirt, blue jean pants and a red bandanna partially covering his face.
