Pineapple Truck Overturns on Beltway

A tractor trailer carrying pineapples, blueberries and some other fruit overturned shortly before 5 a.m. Thursday on the Outer Loop of the Beltway near I-270.
Crews still are working to transfer the produce from the truck. The far right lane is expected to clear around mid-day.
The reason for the accident and the condition of the driver are unknown.
