A high school in Montgomery County was evacuated Thursday afternoon after the report of a smell in a classroom.

Several people reported feeling ill at Magruder High School in Rockville, Md., but there were no hazardous atmospheric readings, according to Montgomery County Fire.

Seven students and two teachers were transported for checkups.

The fire department checked the sewer for gas, and Washington Gas also went to the scene.
