Man exposes himself twice in two separate incidents

Flasher Sought in Manassas

Police in Manassas, Va., are looking for a flasher who exposed himself to two women at two different times.

The first incident happened in the 9300 block of Amaryllis Avenue on Aug. 6 about 3:30 p.m. The victim reported the flasher stepped out from behind bushes and fondled himself while she was jogging on the trails behind the Boys and Girls Club, police said.

The second incident happened on Bens Way on Aug. 13. about 2 p.m. The victim said the man flashed her on Winters Branch Trail, police said. He used a T-shirt to cover his face during the incident.
