D.C. Police are investigating a double stabbing that took place in the early hours of Sunday morning in Adams Morgan.
Authorities say that the stabbing happened at approximately 3:30 a.m. in the 2200 block of Champlain Street, Northwest. Police say that a man was stabbed in his lower back and arm, while a woman was stabbed in what police termed her "private area."
Both victims were described as being conscious and breathing. No identifying information was released, nor was a description of any suspects provided.
