Man Shot, Killed in NW Washington

Police said a man was shot and killed in northwest Washington early Sunday morning.

Officers arrived at the 200 block of Bates Street, NW, and found a man with gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim is identified as Lamont William Hall, 32, of southeast Washington.

The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone that provides information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons wanted for any homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
