Enhanced Video Released in Armored Car Robbery

Prince George's Co. police hope to find new leads

Police in Prince George's County hope newly enhanced surveillance video will lead to arrests in an unsolved armored car robbery.

The video shows two masked men as they entered the Bank of America on Old Branch Avenue in Clinton, back in April. They were seen carrying an assault rifle and a silver handgun.

Investigators say the two disarmed a security guard and took money from a Dunbar armored car driver. The two then drove off in a white van.

Anyone who recognizes the two men is asked to call Prince George's County Police at 301-772-4905. You can also submit anonymous tips by calling Crime Solvers at 866-411-TIPS.

A reward up to $45,000 is being offered in the case.
