Two people who used "force and violence" during a robbery in D.C. Sunday night were apparently dressed in Halloween costumes.
Three suspects robbed someone in the 300 block of U Street NW near a Howard University dorm Sunday about 8:30 p.m., police said.
Police advised people to be on the lookout for a man in a green and yellow turtle costume, a man dressed up as a skeleton, and a woman about 22 to 25 years old.
