Baltimore County police charged a man with killing his girlfriend, who disappeared in the fall.
Frederick Christian, 30, was charged with first-degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Jerryell Foster. Christian was arrested Monday night in Baltimore city and is being held without bail.
Police said Foster was reported missing Nov. 25 after failing to show up for Thanksgiving dinner with her family.
On March 2, a body was found on a ramp to Interstate 95 in Stafford County, Va., and was identified as Foster's. An autopsy found she died of gunshot wounds.
