Bowie Man Dies in Pedestrian Accident

A Bowie man died early Thursday morning while walking on Route 301.
Officers arrived at the scene at 12:48 a.m. They say the victim was walking northbound in the southbound lanes near Pointer Ridge Drive.
Zuberi Latees Brown, 39, was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said the driver remained on the scene.
