Arrests have been made in the fatal shooting of Steven Curtis Moore last December.
Moore was found suffering from gunshot wounds around 6:30 p.m.on Dec. 3, in the 1100 block of 21st Street NE. He was transported to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police have arrested Stanley Moghalu, 25; Kevin Charles, 21, and Johnnie Harris, 20. They've been charged with first-degree murder while armed.
