Prince William Says George Was ‘Far Too Spoiled' on 3rd Birthday

Prince George has received luxurious gifts in the past

No surprise here: Prince George was simply bombarded with gifts on his recent third birthday.

Prince George and Kate Middleton attended the America's Cup World Series of yacht racing in Portsmouth, England, Sunday and met with young fans, including a 10-year-old boy who won a competition to design the event's trophy. The child asked what George received for his birthday.

"I am not telling, he got too many things, he's far too spoiled," Prince William said, adding, "He's not into boats yet."

In the past, the child has received luxurious gifts such as a Victorian-style playhouse on wheels worth almost $24,000, as well as a custom-made rocking horse from President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

The child, the third in line to the British throne and older brother of Princess Charlotte, 1, celebrated his third birthday on Friday. To mark the happy occasion, Kensington Palace released four new photos of the boy, which were taken at his family's country home, Amner Hall.

At the America's Cup World Series, William and Kate cheered on Sir Ben Ainslie's Land Rover BAR Team and were given a tour of their home base in Portsmouth. Kate is a royal patron of the 1851 Trust charity, which is affiliated with the group and works to get kids involved in the maritime industry.

William and Kate wore matching gray, black and red America's Cup t-shirts and dark jeans. The Duchess of Cambridge paired her look with a pair of Kiki McDonough earrings and taupe espadrille wedges, The Telegraph reported. Her husband wore red and white sneakers.
