There may be a bit of a bad-luck cloud hanging over Kanye West's Yeezus Tour.

With Friday's show in Anaheim, Calif., already having been postponed due to "production logistics," it was announced today that the entire tour is on hold after some essential props were destroyed in an accident.

"Yesterday, on the road to Vancouver, a truck carrying The Yeezus Tour's custom-made video truss and 60-ft circular LED screen was in an accident that damaged the gear beyond repair," a spokesman for Island Def Jam Music Group said in a statement obtained by E! News.

"This gear is central to the staging of The Yeezus Tour, and central to the creative vision put forth by Kanye West and his design team at DONDA."

The huge screen flashes messages at intervals throughout the show, allows for artistic zoom-ins on Kanye and his flesh-bodysuit-clad backup dancers, and also serves as the traditional if-you're-far-away-now-you-can-see-better Jumbotron-like apparatus.

"As a result of this event, it is impossible to put on the show and The Yeezus Tour will be postponed until these essential pieces can be reengineered and refabricated," the statement continued.

"Kanye West will not compromise on bringing the show, as it was originally envisioned and designed, to his fans. The Vancouver, Denver and Minneapolis dates have been postponed. Further details on the affected tour dates will be announced shortly."

West, who also postponed his Oct. 20 Vancouver show a day after his Seattle show started a couple of hours late, pulled off two seemingly glitch-less performances at L.A.'s Staples Center on Oct. 26 and Oct. 28.

Both Khloe Kardashian Odom and Lamar Odom attended Monday's show along with a group that included Kim Kardashian, Rob Kardashian and Kris Jenner.
