Celebrities Pay Tribute to Florence Henderson on Social Media

    As part of a career that spanned more than six decades, Florence Henderson famously starred as Carol Brady in the family sitcom "The Brady Bunch." After her manager announced late Thursday that Henderson had died at the age of 82, celebrities took to social media to pay tribute to the iconic matriarch.

    "She was the most amazing, lively, spirited woman ever. The most elegant and beautiful," Henderson's manager, Kayla Pressman, told NBC4 in a phone interview.

    The actress suffered heart failure and died Thursday in Los Angeles, Pressman added. Henderson was surrounded by her friends and family.
