It looks like Matthew McConaughey is confronted in "The Lincoln Lawyer" by the old "greasy lawyer meets a human too despicable for even him to defend" conundrum. What to do?

Based on crime writer Michael Connelly's novel of the same name, the film stars McConaughey as Mickey Haller, a morally ambiguous barrister driven around Los Angeles in a Lincoln Town Car by a former client working of his legal fees.

John C. Reilly and Marisa Tomei star in the delightfully awkward clip from their upcoming film, about a man who finds himself in competition with his new girlfriend's son, played by Jonah Hill.

Will Forte is the latest "Saturday Night Live" alum to have 90 seconds of genius stretched into a feature length film. This one promises to be far, far better than "A Night at the Roxbury." The movie premieres Monday night at SXSW.

As luck would have it, he lands for a client the wealthy real estate developer Louis Ross Roulet (Ryan Phillippe), who's been accused of attacking a beautiful young woman. Did he or didn't he? If you're McConaughey, who cares? You're dating Marisa Tomei in this movie, and I think it's pretty obvious what the answer is.

"The Lincoln Lawyer" opens March 18, 2011.
