Dale Hunter To Return as London Knights Head Coach

Just over one month ago, Dale Hunter stepped down as head coach of the Washington Capitals after less than one season to return home to Ontario and be closer to his family.

Tuesday, Hunter resumed his previous position as head coach of the Ontario Hockey League's London Knights:

Hunter was in the midst of his 11th season behind the Knights' bench when he replaced Bruce Boudreau November 28, compiling an overall record of 37-37 during the regular season and postseason as the Caps advanced to Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals.

In Dale's place, brother Mark led London to the J. Ross Robertson Cup as OHL Champions.

So in less than eight months, Hunter went from London to D.C. and back to London. We've finally come full circle.
