Two Men Hurt After Stabbing in Dupont Circle Area

Two men are recovering after a stabbing in the Dupont Circle area early Tuesday morning, D.C. police said. 

Officers responded to the 1200 block of Connecticut Avenue NW shortly before 4 a.m. Tuesday after a report of a man with a gun involved in an altercation, police said.

When they arrived, they found a man suffering from apparent stab wounds. He was taken to a hospital to receive treatment for his injuries. 

During the investigation, police learned another man had also been stabbed during that same dispute.

Both victims were conscious and breathing when found and are expected to be ok.

Police are investigating the incident. No arrests have been made so far.
