Renters' Call On Congress For Protection

When banks foreclose on properties owned by landlords, renters often are forced to leave within a month. A bill being considered in Congress would extend that to 90 days for non-subsidized housing....but as Sean Powers reports, even when tenants are allowed to remain longer, it can be just as disruptive.
