A 44-year-old Manassas, Va. man is facing several charges after repeatedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl during the past couple months, police said.
Police received a tip about a sexual assault in the 10800 block of Gambril Drive in Manassas. Further investigation revealed the victim was sexually assaulted several times in July and August 2013.
William D. Walters, of the same address as the location of the crime, was charged Monday with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of indecent liberties with a minor.
He is being held behind bars without bond.
