The death of a man found in a dumpster near two schools has been ruled a homicide, Manassas City police said.
Police said the body of a 26-year-old man was found Sunday in a bin next to Baldwin Elementary and Osbourn High School on Nicol Lane.
The cause of death was multiple stab wounds, the state Medical Examiner's office said.
