A three-year-old boy died Monday after falling from a third-story window in Leesburg a day earlier, authorities said.
He was airlifted to Inova Fairfax Hospital with life-threatening injuries and was listed in critical condition earlier on Monday.
The little boy fell frmo the window of a private home in the 41300 block of Raspberry Drive in Leesburg, near the Raspberry Falls Golf and Hunt Club, around noon on Sunday.
Police are treating this as an accident. They are reminding parents to be careful with kids and open windows, especially now that the weather has cooled down.
