Police in Prince William County are investigating an alleged sexual assault on a 15-year-old girl that took place in Woodbridge Friday afternoon.
Investigators say the incident took place at 1:20 p.m. near the 7-Eleven location at 14820 Cloverdale Road. The alleged victim was walking along Danville Road when she was approached by a unknown man who began asking her questions. Authorities say the man followed the alleged victim to the area of the 7-Eleven store.
Police say that when the girl tried to walk past the man, he exposed himself and touched her inappropriately.
The suspect is described as a man between 30 and 35 years of age, standing between five feet, nine inches and six feet tall, and with a thin build and a black goatee tied in two braids. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt, and black hat, and sunglasses.
