A man was killed and two others were injured in an electrical accident in Chevy Chase.
Rescue workers extracted three people from a crawl space beneath a house in the 200 block of Oxford Street on Saturday, said Montgomery County Fire Department spokesperson Pete Piringer.
The man died at a hospital. A woman was burned and a teenager was also injured in the incident.
Piringer said PEPCO cut power to the house during the rescue.
