As previously reported on, O'Neal also has an ongoing case at LAX court regarding a DUI & drug arrest from January 2008.

Additionally, O'Neal and his father, Ryan O'Neal, were arrested on September 17, 2008 at the actor's Malibu home after police said they found methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia during a search.
