Police: Fairfax Co. Maintenance Man Installed Camera in Woman's Bathroom

FAIRFAX, Va. (AP) — Police are searching for an apartment building’s maintenance man after finding a hidden camera in a woman’s bathroom.

NBC Washington reported Tuesday that there could be more victims at the apartment building in Fairfax, Virginia.

Police said the maintenance man entered the woman’s apartment after she called him to fix a power outage. After he left, she found what appears to be a motion-sensor activated camera in her bathroom.

Police said the maintenance man later told her it was monitoring equipment to ensure her shower didn’t affect the electrical system.

Fairfax County police spokesman Don Gotthardt said officers are trying to find the worker, identified as Dzubur Adnan. But he may have left the country.

Police said they searched his apartment and found 90 other images, showing other potential victims.
