Britney Spears' paparazzo ex-boyfriend is being investigated for assault with a deadly weapon.
The LAPD said the injuries to the process server could be described as moderate.
According to reports, the process server was attempting to serve Ghalib paperwork ordering him to appear in court regarding a restraining order filed by Britney Spears.
According to TMZ.com, Ghalib had no comment on the investigation.
