Suspicious Package Cleared in Northwest D.C.

D.C. Police and U.S. Park Police investigated a suspicious package in northwest Washington Tuesday afternoon.

A hazmat team investigated the package outside 1339 Connecticut Ave. Investgiators determined there was no hazard, according to D.C. Fire and EMS.

Some streets in the area were closed, including Dupont Circle, according to Fire and EMS.
