Judge Refuses to Dismiss Wone Civil Lawsuit

A D.C. Superior Court judge refused to dismiss a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the widow of lawyer Robert Wone, who was found stabbed to death in Washington in 2006, The Washington Examiner reported. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com

The judge refused to dismiss the lawsuit on statute of limitations grounds Wednesday and also refused to impose a gag order. Earlier this year three men -- Joseph Price, Dylan Ward and Joseph Zaborsky -- were acquitted of misleading police in the case, but they now face a wrongful death lawsuit.

Wone was found stabbed to death in the trio's Dupont Circle townhouse on Aug. 2, 2006.
