Maryland Man Used Arson for Revenge: Police

Montgomery County officials have arrested a man whom they believe set fire to a condo complex to get revenge on a police officer.

An arson suspect allegedly set fire to a police officer's home in an act of revenge.

Raymond Masters, 30, was charged with one count of first-degree arson and four counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Eagles Next Condos in Germantown burned last week. A Montgomery County Police Department officer who lives there previously had arrested Masters.
