Maryland State Police have identified the man whose body was found in the Susquehanna River last week, the same day the body of a missing teen was found nearby.
The victim is 53-year-old Darryl Harper, of Richmond, Va.
He was last seen March 26 after checking himself out of a Pennsylvania mental hospital.
Phylicia Barnes, 16, disappeared December 26, 2010, while visiting her half-sister in Baltimore. Barnes lived with her mother in North Carolina.
Both bodies were found in the river, a few miles apart.
Police said they do not know the cause of death for either victim nor have they found any apparent link between the two.
