St. Jude Gourmet Gala Mardi Gras for the Kids: Food tasting, cocktails, jazz band hosted by 40 of Washington D.C.’s top chefs, representing 58 of the city’s well-known restaurants to benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital. Tickets are $350 per person. The festivities begin at 5:30 p.m.

Crystal Couture: TAT Tuesday: Make-up artists Roger Riggle and Kim Reyes will show off their talents. You can enter the Best Tat Contest. There will also be pizza and beer tastings. The event will take place in the Link at Century Center. From 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is free.
