Use of Taser After Sunglasses Theft Was Justified, Fairfax Police Say

The Fairfax County Police Chief says an officer was justified in using a Taser on a man who walked into a bank in Alexandria, Virginia and stole a pair of sunglasses. Elton Cansler, 35, was larceny and assault on an officer. News4’s Jackie Bensen reports.
