GMU minister reacts to Methodist Church repealing LGBTQ ban

The United Methodist Church lifted its ban on LGBTQ clergy and will no longer issue penalties for clergy who perform same-sex weddings. Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey spoke with a minister at George Mason University who broke church rules in 2019 when he officiated a same-sex wedding.
