Traffic Mess on Rockville Pike for Second Day After Water Main Break

Thursday’s evening rush hour on Rockville Pike in Bethesda did not look much better than Wedneday as work continued to fix a water main break. News4 Transportation Reporter Adam Tuss monitored the repair progress Thursday and reports on why warning systems set up by WSSC did not work in this case.
