DC police increase reward, call for peace after 3-year-old fatally shot

The investigation continues into a deadly shooting in the District that claimed the life of a toddler. D.C. police say 3-year-old Ty’ah Settles was inside of a car on Hartford Street SE when she was fatally shot. The chief of police and members of the community walked through that neighborhood calling for peace. News4’s Walter Morris reports.
